Myntra.com — Delivered a used product and declining the return request

I have ordered a pair of Adidas sandals. Myntra has delivered the damaged piece. The buckle was broken and the sole looked like a used one. I immediately requested for return. The pickup guy did not take back the sandals. He instead asked me to send an email to the customer support team with the attached images of the damaged sandals. I agreed and sent the images accordingly. Now, the team declined the request and says that we have used and returning the product. These sandals were ordered for my brother who stays in the US. There is no change for us to use the product. The sandals are worth of RS.2, 200.
I am very much disappointed for the way Myntra is dealing with the customer trust and experience.
I want Myntra to payback the amount charged on the sandals
