Myntra.com — delivery of completely wrong product | |||||
I've ordered wings Chrome Bluetooth earphones and have recieved Louis Philippe wallet... Please contact immediately. Account [protected]@gmail.com. Contact immediately and replace with proper item. The delivery was completed on 25th October 2018 and I have repeatedly tried to contact the company return numbers, company buildings and have sent many emails. All the phones calls either end up not being answered or being autogenerated voices which have been of no help and all the emails just send an no reply message saying we have changed the methods of contact. Very poor customer service and this time has been very frustrating. This is a very irritating and very bad behaviour from the company's side. I demand immediate correction from the company in their mistake and an immediate contact. Was this information helpful? | |||||
