Myntra.com — did not get the refund of rs 1299/-

The h& m shirt had been picked upon 6th march 2020 and still did not get the refund. They claim that they initiated the amount twice but it is not credited in the account. Have repeatedly called myntra and they all differ with their answers to the extent that they have no idea when the refund will refunded Such a bad experience with myntra.. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 26, 2020 Updated by Starz Kindly refund the amount back . Had paid with cash it should have been refunded instantly
