Myntra.com — fake orders eating up my myntra credits | |||
Fake orders being placed from my account from my myntra credits. The address and phone number is of some other person. I did not get any update of the order on my phone number. My credential of the account has also changed. The privacy is being breached and it is a clear case of data theft from myntra datacentres. My address, email id, phone number, past order details and other sensitive data is now in the hands of a fraudster, all thanks to myntra. I have full faith on consumer forum and hope they take corrective measures to stop such incidents happening to innocent people Was this information helpful? | |||

I return my order on dated 10 July, order number:[protected]-4843801 but till date I didn’t not receive my refund amount.. kindly check. I am dissatisfied with your service
I had bought rebook flip-flops and returned it on the very next day but I had not got the refund yet.When I try to call them they told That it would be initiated on 24 hours. But from 15 days it hadn't happened.They had given me the reference number which is of no use
