[Resolved] Myntra.com — False debit for myntra not refunded

I had placed an order from myntra on may 16, screenshots attached for details and pid via icici upl. One transaction failed (Order failed) and one was successful (Order placed) for rs 2882.15 but the amount was debited from icici both times.

Icici confirmed that the payment is already made to beneficiary. Email attached. I have written several emails to myntra but no response is recieved - pathetic non responsive customer service. So much of time and effort is lost.

I need the refund for false debit of 2882.15

Complaint marked as Resolved

No resolution is provided and second time my complaint is closed without any resolution. I have already submitted proofs from icici to mnytra that the amount is credited to myntra, but they fail to refund my amount even after 2 months

Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by shabnamansari88 The issue is not resolved and I have not been provided any solution. This is so irresponsible attitude towards your customer's money - alreasy 2 months have passed by

Updated by shabnamansari88 So, I recieved a call and was asked to make a manual payment claim from RBI. ??? @Myntra : Can you be answerable If I have made the payment to you and the money is with you how is the end user responsible for making manual claims. I deally you should pay me back with the interest since its been so long and an outrageous service and customer care.
