Dear Team, I have bought a shoes from your online store but unfortunately the product which i have received is damaged. I have contacted with your customer support executive for the return process but he denied to return with the excuse that the product got damage in customer hand. Its totally un-meaningful answer given by your representative. Please guide me about the same or let me know about the escalation matrix with Myntra.
