[Resolved] Myntra.com — got half of the product | |||||
I received half of the product (Personal care). When i complained.. They raised a reference number (009639). But after 2days without any notice they initiated a return request (Self shipped). But after receiving the product when i initiated the return request, pickup option was there and the customer care person asked me to reject the ecom boy to return at the doorstep as a complain was lodged. I don't know if the issue is not of the size, why shall i self ship it. I requested them to refund half of my money (As half of the product has been received). But day by day they are asking me to self shipped it. It's not the matter of refund (Product price and shipping charges) but the harrassment which i am facing day by day. I can't find any logic behind of self shipping when it's not any size issue or any mistakes from my end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
