[Resolved] Myntra.com — I made the payment online but my order was not confirmed

It's been a horrible shopping experience at myntra yet again. After being a loyal and ardent costumer of myntra for such a long time, it's really saddening to see how they have degraded their services. I made an online payment for black tommy hilfiger slim fit jeans with an early access fees and the required amount of money was immediately debited from my account. But my order was never confirmed. I called up their customer care services and they told me that my order had been declined. Now they say that my money would be credited to my account within 7 to 10 days and i will have to place the order again for buying the same product! This is utterly irresponsible of them! When they can immediately deduct the money from my account to buy a product i won't even receive, why do they take such a long time to refund the same money? Was this information helpful? Dec 29, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After calling up their customer services probably a couple of times, they acted upon it and credited the money into my account exactly a week after the aforementioned incident.
