Its been more than one month now and still i could not get the product. Pick-up guy came today and did not deliver the product stating that he has not got any approval for the same. Can you please let me know exactly when would i receive it or in case you don't want me to exchange and just wasting my time. If this is the case then i would definitely return the product instead of exchange. I have been purchasing from myntra since last three years and did not expect such a poor service. I got approval on mail for exchange but still did not get this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I received the skirt in bad condition and i requested a return of the order.the return request was not accepted and they told me that all their products undergo total quality check thn how can customers receive bad quality products?
