Myntra.com — issue related to refund of product

I buy ruhan shirt from myntr which was delivered on 13 feb. But due to broken button also bad quality of buttons. I return that shirt. When i opened the package shirt already look like dull. Like someone already tried it. So i packed the shirt and applied for return. On 14th pick up boy come, take the shirt out from pack scan the bar code and take the shirt along with him. But now when i spoke with customer care person (Ms. Riya) she told me that my refund has been rejected on the basis that product has been used which i don't. If product get used than all the stickers or tag which was attached with product should not be their and pick up boy who pick the product and checked it, he will also raise his concern that tag are not available and shirt has been used, which he didn't. He simply check the shirt, put a bar code on package and scan it and take my signature. When i asked for return slip he told me that that's not required and he left. I want that my refund. Please help me in this regard
