[Resolved] Myntra.com — lakme gloss addict lipstick expired | |||||
Had placed an order for lakme lipstick. I was delivered an expired one. Need to know why was it sent? If myntr did not have an up to the mark product then why was the order taken. I want my refund for a product that cannot be used. A return order cannot be created on myntra as it states the products nature is unreturnable. So does that mean take money from clients and provide expired product under unreturnable clause? Was this information helpful? | |||||
