Myntra.com — m.a.c strobe cream

I had ordered M.A.C strobe cream from Myntra on 24th June and the order the was delivered on 3rd July. To my surprise, when I opened the package, I found a black packet inside which was tampered and the product was not there.I called Myntra and logged a ticket[protected]. The ticket was closed/cancelled without informing me.I called the customer care to check what’s the update and got the ticket reopened.i have still not received any response. It is sad that such a known ecommerce company does this to their customer.The product is expensive and I don’t know what to do to get my amount reimbursed/get the product.Never expected this from Myntra.Beware of such frauds.
