[Resolved]  Myntra.com — money debited from sbi account but order not placed

I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 21st december 2017 and i was making the payment through net-banking of rs 2480. Due to some technical issue money got debited from my sbi account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntras side eventhough i keep calling their customer care. This is very frustrating.

Got the money back in my account after 5days. Had also contacted my bank- SBI about the problem through their customer care.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
