Hi guys, I need your help.

It's about the online shopping retail Myntra.

Since the last few months I have been facing trouble with their delivery and decisions.

To give you a background, some time last month (30th april) I purchased a few things which were supposed to be delivered to me within a week.
However, that did not happen as the delivery got by another week, and till then I had no choice but to purchase them offline.

When the delivery guy finally showed up, my mother opened the door and told him about the cancellation.
Hearing that, he started accusing my mother saying things like "agar aapko kuch lena hi nahi hota to order krte hi kyu ho" and then there was an argument.

I was out of town at that time, so I wasn't there when this happened.

When I came back, she told me about it and I called Myntra to report this.
Instead of taking it as a formal complaint, they simply denied this initially. But when I started retaliating, they apologized for the behavior (note: still no complaint).
However, at this point, I really thought there was no point wasting more time here, so I stopped.

A few weeks later, I ordered another pair of shoes.
This time around, the ordered got cancelled as according to them "the product did not meet the quality standards".
When I called to check, they informed me about it.
This guy was kind enough to apologize and offered me a discount code.
However, till this day, I have not seen this discount code anywhere in my account.
Again, for this I have called and complained numerous times.

Now, coming to the actual situation...
Last week (14th may), during the mothers day week, I ordered 2 kurtas for my mother and 1 pair of shorts for myself .
This time, the ordered got delivered on time(15th may).
However, I was out of town that day again, so my dad just took the order and kept it at my table, so that it'll be opened while I'm around.

The next day, I came back and the package was opened.
Here I find the 3 products, out of which 1 kurta is totally crumbled.
The other one is partially crumbled.

I decided to call myntra straightaway as I knew it was gonna come to me.
I opened the second and third packs on the call while talking to the myntra representative.
This guy acknowledged the mistakes on their end and assured me of getting the product returned for which a formal complaint was logged (COMPLAINT NUMBER:[protected].
However, he asked me to wait for 3 business days so that they can process the complaint and then place the return order.
I agreed to that and waited.

The next time I call(24th may), I was simply informed that the complaint has been declined.
The guy said it to my face that sir you are lying, we have done our research, and the products were in perfect conditions, when they were delivered to you.

Hearing this, I asked him to connect me to a manager to which he denied, saying no one is available.
I disconnected the call then and called again later in the day.
Luckily, I was given the "opportunity" to talk to the manager to whom I explained everything in detail.

This guy again assured me of everything and said this will be resolved within 2-3 business day.
His name's Deepak.
This is the first time, I decided to make a note of a call center rep's name.

On 25th may, I got a message from them saying that the returns have been cancelled.
I called them again and asked to be connected to Deepak, to which they denied.
I instead was connected to Rishabh.
I ASKED THIS GUY FOR HIS FULL NAME, TO WHICH HE DENIED!
I asked him for an update to which he simply said that we have checked pur records and the products were in "good conditions" when they were sent out of the warehouse.

So this means...either something happened in transit or I have used the product, right?
Now guys tell me this...
Do you really think I would have gone through the hassle of calling them again and again for this small issue, had my mother have used the products?
Moreover, I called them the moment I opened the pack, and made sure the rest of the packs were opened while someone from their team was on the call.
Even further, all the tags are intact!

How can you accuse me of this then, when you guys were informed of it from day 1?

I even told "rishabh" that I would take up the matter to social media to which he simply said...
"Feel free".
He further claimed that the items will be delivered back to me.

Today is 30th may however I still haven't received the products back.
I called them again on 28th, they said they will escalate the matter again and will need "2-3 business days to resolve".

Seriously pathetic!

I have been a long term user of Flipkart, sine the days when they were just a book selling website.
Same goes for myntra.
There was a time when I used to vouch for their names, such was my level of trust!

I remember, back in 2013, I bought a phone and after using it for a few days, I noticed the alignment of the front camera was not right, to which I placed a complaint.
Here's what the guy said:
"Sir, aapne bol diya wahi hmare liye bahot hai. We don't need the details of the issue. You saying something is all that we care about. I am placing an exchange order right now, please give us a few days. Someone from our team will pay you a visit, collect the old device and will provide you a new one".

The reason I remember this till date is because I have shared this story with numerous friends, colleagues and so on, such was my level of satisfaction with flipkart.

It's not just about the money anymore.
It's just that, they need to realize that being a company worth billions does not give you the rights to cheat your customers!

Can I get some help here?

And are you accusing me of lying?
Man are you serious??

Why would I take such extreme steps just to get a refund if that was the case?
And honestly, I don't even care anymore.

Now just to give u guys an update, it's 2nd June today and I still haven't received the products back!

I have already decided to let go of it.
Y'all can have the money for that matter, but at least return me the products that I have purchased!

As of now, it looks like neither do u want to issue the refund, nor do u want me to have the products back!

I seriously doubt this company now!
