I have been calling for a month and half continuously and mailing as well still i am not getting refund. Worst customer service. The supervisors as well are not capable of resolving any issue. After sharing the correct bank details i have no idea whats stopping them to give my money back. Will go to consumer court as its a mental torture for me everyday. Was this information helpful? I order a bag from mayntra “3AGS.R.US” bagpack ... bag quality is ok ok not so good not so bag ... but I received a coupon with ds bag n it’s invalid m vry disappointed with Myntra .. today’s is 12jan 2019 and I got a coupon 30/06/2018... plz update ur process timely

Myntra - Package not delivered
I have ordered 2 products on the 25th of December-2018 which is not received and the status shown tha return to origin. I have not received any of the products. I have been calling Myntra since the 2nd of January, 2019 but na to order hi mila or na hi refund hi abhi tak huwa hai

Any of my product is not delivered to me, they just only waste a time
