Myntra.com — Not providing the required details | |||||
Recently purchased an item (Nike men blue shoes) from myntra online shopping. When i was asked for exchange the item, they asked for a price tag of the shoes which i didn't receive at all when i unbox the item for the first time. When i asked them to provide details (Some sort of proof from their side) of the presence of price tag on the shoes before they dispatch the item, they are not ready to disclose any information of that.
