Myntra.com — not returning my refund amount | |||
I had purchase 2 proucts on 25th july in that i returned one prouct cost 510.30/- which wa initaited by myntra on 2n aug 2019 an till 12th aug i got my money, but my account i not reflected, even i went to my bank branch, bank cutomer care, all thing were clear, an bank tol me to contact myntra for this thing but myntra not at all responding, they jut gave me ref no and after their executive did not respond. I had placed a exchange order on leggings since the size was big that was supposed to be delivered on 7th August.
Today it's 10th but the is no update at all.
I had also called regarding the same but still I don't see any update.
Please try to get this done asap since I will be travelling soon.
