Myntra.com — order returned without approach

Here m facing a prob by your respective team. Few days ago i ordered a jeans under order number[protected]-2743101. When i checked the status of my order it was 'returned to origin'. I dint get a call or any mail in this regards, neither any approach was made to me. Now i want my order as soon as possible. Or i will complaint against it in consumer forum.
