Myntra.com — order#[protected]-9057301, mochi black platform, got fungus product | |||
Hi, i have ordered this product and when it got delivered i raised the exchange request on same day as it was delivered. The sandals inside the box were in horrible condition, there was no polythene covering on sandals and it was fungus box. Sandals had fungus on it. The exchange request pickup was set after 10 days by myntra. The pickup boy came on expected date but he rejected to take the product because of its damage condition. He asked me to raise another request under myntra. I reached customer care and raised the request. After 4 days they declined my request and refused to refund the amount or exchange it. They stated the reason that it was quality check done and sent. They didn't verify or sent me quality check report or pictures. I somehow initiated the request again for its approval. When i have intimated on time regarding the condition of product. They didn't bother to help me. I asked them to call me back they didn't even call me. Have declined the request of return 3 times now. This sounds like forcibly posting the damage product on to me and loss of my money. The product cost was 1690 rupees.
