[Resolved] Myntra.com — orders not received

Ordered around 6 items, all prepaid.
Delivery date was within 8th october but i haven't received them yet.
The tracker showed that all of them have reached my nearest hub long back.
The customer care department is a complete failure since all the time it indicates that all the delivery executives are busy.
Could not find any other way, hence filing a complaint here. Attached one of the order details for reference.

I have received my orders. The delivery executive had so many parcel to deliver as the office was closed due to pujas. Received every product. Thanks

Updated by MadhuparnaRoyBhattacharya Shipment is out for delivery since morning. It's 8.30 pm now.
Haven't received them yet.
Called the delivery executive 2 times. Everytime he is saying that he will come in an hour. What kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is this?
They can't even give an excuse of bad weather today because the weather was perfectly fine.
