Dear Myntra Team, kindly note my 103551326449055148401 order Id, Question Reference #[protected]. 1) I am not happy with your answer, considering the fact you are one of the biggest e-commerce company and there is no service recovery whatsoever. 2)Instead you expected me to understand the situation. 3)There was no notification at my end when you increased the price of the product even though sale wasnt finish . 4)My product was out from the cart, and showed out of stock, when i tried to process the payment. 5)After checking again i found out product was there in the inventory but you guys hiked the price without any prior notification. 6)I would really appreciate if could offer me the same price as it was before . 7)Because i end spending more than an hour one one single purchase which I could not do as you Mobile App was super slow and so was your website . My order was to be delivered on 7 January 2017 but was not delivered at all. Neither did I recieve any message regarding despatch and delivery.

Ordered Nike shoes worth rs 3366 on 3rd Jan. I have also prepaid the order. But, on 6th Jan I came to know that the order is cancelled. Do, ship the order again.
