Myntra.com — Not accepting the return package | |||||
I bought a chinos of Tommy Hilfiger from myntra, actually I bought 2 same chinos of different sizes, one for me and another for my brother. But eventually, when it was delivered i saw that one of the jeans was not of same color and the other was right color. When I asked for a return (i tried calling them about 7 times), they gave a response that it not fault from myntra site. It is form you, so they denied for pick up and could not get the return. A bag make of Nike was ordered on 2nd January 2017 under the end of reason sale .I tracked the order on 3 it was going fine, but the next day when I tried to track it on 4 January .Status was 'returned to origin ' and it is also showing that order was cancelled .But I didn't cancel the order .
