[Resolved] Myntra.com — product is delivered but they show delivered | |
I placed an order on myntra.com for a wrangler men black solid hooded sweatshirt dated 30sept 2019. I pay using paypal. On 13th of october i got a call from the delivery guy that i will be there in an hour but he didn't showup and i got delivery msg within 30 minutes. I asked my neighbors they don't know anything. I tried to call the courier guy but as of the product was delivered.. I was unable to contact him. I called myntra customer care services they have raised the complaint but as of now i m not seeing any progress. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Beside posting a complaint here..I also talked to the customer support of myntra they assured me that they will have a look in this matter by 18th October.But I personally went to Ecom express regional office then this guy told me that ur delivery will be on day after tomorrow.And now they delivered it Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
