Hi team, I would like to share my recent experience with myntra. I had a word with your support team on 9th june regarding an issues where i wanted a soft copy of an invoice for the 2 orders (Order number[protected]-9647301 &[protected]-9106901) one of which of delivered and the other one which was placed recently. 1. Initially one of your agent (Anand kumar) sent me an email on (09/06/2017 05.05 pm) stating that both the invoices are attached. 2. Attachment from that email was missing so i ended up calling you guys again. 3. I had a word with another agent, who said sending out invoice for the order which is not yet delivered is not possible – upon informing him that it was already promised to me that it will be sent he did nothing and kept on reading the script of apologies. 4. As a pitch to get the invoice for the order #[protected]-9106901 i asked him to cancel the order if you can’t share the invoice – he came back stating that now the order is cancelled. 5. I was flabbergasted by his action of cancelling the order and immediately asked him to transfer the call to his manager. 6. He then transferred the call to another agent, apparently a supervisor (Syed rahamath) who was of no help either and just sent an invoice copy for the order[protected]-9647301) which was delivered. 7. Since the older order was cancelled i had to place another order #[protected]-3374201 the same day (09th june) which is stuck on “packed” from the same day. 8. Today i called in to check the status of the order since it was supposed to be delivered by monday (13th june) but it’s not yet dispatched too – agents kept on asking me to wait for next 72 hours so that they can share an update with me regarding this complaint. 9. Now i have a question from you – is it really what you follow when a customer complaints? 10. Does your follow-up team responds that slow? 11. Can this be expedite if possible? 12. Can i expect a call / email from someone responsible who can look into this and explain all of these points mentioned above. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Has been sheduled to deliver from 15th of June, but there is no notification of such thing, neither on my contact no. Nor on my myntra account .
Why is this happening??
