[Resolved]  Myntra.com — product received with defect

I have ordered a roaster jacket from myntra, when delivered it is in damaged condition and have a quality check mark which shows the product is in alter when i request to exchange the delivery boy asked me to get a approval for exchange but now i unable to get contact with myntra and why should i get approval and for what when the fault is not mine.
