[Resolved] Myntra.com — product returned but return not received | |||
I had bought reebok women's black running shoes from myntra. I have raised a return request for the same around the 8th of january 2019 (Return id: [protected]). I returned the item on the 9th of january at around 5pm to rakesh (From myntra). At night i received a message from myntra that my return has been cancelled. I wrote to myntra and informed that my shoes have been returned but not updated on the system. I verified with the pick up person and he assured me that he has returned the item to the facility. Since myntra does not give return receipts and the message comes after hours after the return has been picked up it was not possible for me to get in touch with customer care immediately. I called myntra on the 10th of january 2019 for the same and was told that it will be resolved 4 working days max. The next day (11th of jan, 2019) i received a mail telling me that my request has been declined and myntra will not be returning my money. The representative from customer care assured me that they had verbal confirmation from the courier that the item had been returned but could not be updated due to system issues. The matter would be resolved in 24 hrs. Since, then i have called myntra several times and no one has gotten back to me to resolve the issue. It is unfair to hold back my return for a system issue by myntra. As it is present on your call record that the delivery person received my courier. It is also extremely unprofessional and unbecoming that i am kept waiting for 6 days since the complaints and not given an update or any attempt made to resolve the issue. I would be like my money refunded for the same and some compensation for the trouble caused to me due to myntra's lack of response for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I was contacted by Myntra's backend team 2 days after I lodged this complaint. I received a mail on the 18th of Jan 19, that my return has been accepted and the refund is in process.
I received a refund message from my bank yesterday that the amount has a been credited to my account. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
