Myntra.com — recieved a fake product

I ordered a diseal shoes worth. Around 5000 and i recieved a fake product. There was no any barcode on the shoes and the box containing the shoes the barcode was also fake on it. The stitching of the shoes were very poor, the sole quality of the shoes was very poor and also the building material was very poor. I talked to the one of the stores in delhi of that company they told me that scan the barcode on the box and if you find the product on internet than the product is original but i didn’t find any product and the barcode was fake. The company that is myntra claims to take returns within 30 days and guarantee the customer to supply the hundred percent genuine products. I returned the product but the delivery boy without informing me lookas snap of that shoes and uploaded and give the reason that the shoe where different and asked me to talk to the customer care. I call the customer care and explain the situation as my return was put on hold. Myntra denied to take returned saying that the product was used as the sole was little bit dusty at one place, it is obvious that if a person buys your shoes will try. And now they are not taking the shoes or even not exchanging the shoes saying that it is against our company policy. I have made the video o[censored]nboxing and showed the details of the issues at the first view and it can be clearly seen that the shoes is fake. I am very disappointed with myntra as they are now giving fake products at the price of original (Rs.1500 shoes at rs.5000) i request for a strict action that should be taken against myntra. I have all the proofs and evidences that proves thatthe issues we are fake and it was the mistake of the delivery boy for giving the wrong reason of not taking the return
It will be very helpful if my problem will be taken seriously as it is increasing day by day. The company is guaranteeing i. E. They are giving hundred percent genuine products but the customers are getting a fully fake product. This situation is against the consumer protection act 1986 and steps should be taken against the company and the seller. 5000 is a very huge amount for the shoes i received and 5000 is a very huge amount for me to let go. I request to take my product return and refund my money or give me an original pair of shoes that i ordered.
