[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Refund for sandal not issued

Hi, I had purchased a pair of black & while sandals from Myntra.com on Aug 29.8. 2020. They were worth ₹3500/-.I received the sandal in wrong colour.Immediately I asked for exchange again the same wrong colour was sent. I issued a second exchange and again the same wrong sandal was sent.The same wrong sandal was sent 3 times. Finally after many calls to customer care and many Emails, Myntra asked me to exchange/ return the sandal. I decided to return it. On 9th Sep, the sandal was picked up and thereafter the status on Myntra orders shows that the refund is on hold. I have been calling them everyday and emailing everyday, however I get a standard reply that somebody will contact me in 24/48 hours!! No one has tried to contact me except for when I ask for customer care call back, which gives no satisfactory answer. I am totally frustrated and now neither do I have the money nor the sandal. Please help!
