Myntra.com — refund initiated still not credited in bank account | |||||
I have returned my products and not received the refund even after 15 days. Customer support asked me to wait for 10 days for the amount to be credited and now its been more that 10 days. They have provided me with the transaction id and asked to complaint in the bank branch as they have initiated the refund from their side. But the bank is saying transaction can not be checked until and unless the amount is received. What do i do if am not getting help from myntra and the bank.
