I had purchased a shirt from myntra, mayra women black regular fit solid casual shirt. The size was not a fit so i decided to return the product. They picked up the item but i still didn't get the refund. Also got a msg from myntra saying the refund has been initiated, but even after 7 days, no further update. My order no is:[protected]-9071201 placed on 31 dec 2018. I tried calling their customer care but the call would not connect. Was this information helpful? | |

The innoxa foundation stick delivered to me is broken and a complete mess.moreover It seems used and second hand.it is in an extremely bad condition. It is very disappointing considering that myntra is a well known site . It can't even be returned and I am utterly unsatisfied
