Myntra.com — refund not credited to bank even after 19 days of refund processing message.

I returned two items amounting rs.314.40 and rs. 349 and received the message as ' refund processed' on 3/02/2020 with two 12 digit bank reference numbers for two refund transations. Even after 19 days i still did not receive my refund in my account. Bank says 12 digit reference number doesn't exist, it is always a 23 didit arn number. Feb 22, 2020 Updated by Abhi1297 I have even mailed Myntra my accoumt statement starting from 03/02/2020 till present which clearly shows no refund is credited to my account from myntra.
