I had ordered a ishin (Women blue & white printed kurta with palazzos), in 20th feb 2020 (Order number:[protected]-7373601).
After receiving this dress we found its size wasn't appropriate for me, so i returned it. Further i received an email that my refund has put on hold.
So i tried to call on the phone number provided over the website, and it can never be connected. I message them my contact number to contact me back but that also didn't work.
Now i am feeling like no way to contact the customer care.
Please contact me on my registered phone number and let me know about my refund. And if some problem related with this.
Really its very disappointing when we shop frequently from some website and at the end they do not respond our companies. Was this information helpful? |
