Myntra.com — refund not received of the product returned on 14 july 2018

I have returned two products worth rupees 750 and 892 on 14 July to Myntra... N till date I haven't got my money back in my account...and when I contacted customer care of Myntra they said money has been processed from our side and we cannot do anything in that... N ask me to contact sbi customer care...n when I contacted sbi they said they can't do anything in this regard n Contact Myntra... I have been struck in between... WT should I do... So that I can get my money back in my account...dis s horrible experience with Myntra...
