Hi Iam very disappointed with mantra e-commerce company.i purchased a titan watch .It was defective product which was shipped to my address.i requested for return .They declined my return request though they have return or exchange policy.they made me to have defective product .It is very painful to loose my money and have defective piece.they are just violating their policies. I cancelled order no.[protected]-5376203 on 28 dec 2016 which costs Rs.790.72 with M/code 893411.I haven't yet receive my refund &your customer care no.[protected] never responds.Their service is very good but they don't leave any easy option to contact.Kindly update me about my refund.
