Myntra.com — refund payment not received

Yesterday i.e on 4-7-18 I received a message from My travel regarding my refund of 2 tops being transferred to my debit card account but till date I did not receive any payment. I called customer care but it's been 2 days it's going busy. I am attaching a mini-statement of my account.

The Boult Space wireless headphones are working fine till now(25th June) but suddenly the left ear one stopped working. The right ear one is working, I have an issue with left year one. I just want to claim a warranty regarding the product.
