Myntra.com — regarding missing item | |||||
I ordered daniel klein men watch, order number:[protected]-2173403 via myntra on 12-apr-2018 and paid amount 3052.65/-. But i got an empty box (Item missing). Regarding this issue, i complaint to the customer care and registered my complaint. They addressed my complaint and after 3 working days replied me that they delivered the above-mentioned item properly meaning there was no mistake from myntra’s side and there were not going to exchange/refund the order. I am highly dissatisfied from the response and the way myntra has handled the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They have cheated me as well the same way by not sending the watch and delivering only the empty box.
