Myntra.com — rejecting return/refund for order with missing items

Order item: "anouk women mustard yellow & green printed fusion kurta with trousers"
It is a 3-piece set (Kurta, trouser and shrug). Only the shrug and trousers were received. Kurta is missing. No tag, no bill received.
The transparent package inside the myntra package was torn and tampered with and was attempted to repair using a cell tape.
Same thing happened the very next day with another myntra order (Same brand: anouk kurta, trouser set) at the same address.
Rather than investigating the case as to why back-to-back two such incidents occurred, myntra customer care cell have closed the case without resolving it. From the past 20 days, i have been repeatedly calling them and finally they have rejected my claim saying that it was intact when it was shipped.
I demand a full refund or a new fresh order with all 3-pieces, tag and bill intact immediately.
