[Resolved] Myntra.com — return approval and credited refund

I have purchased a nike jacket charcoal and grey colour size small with order no[protected]-3783403 .they delivered damage and defective product ( stitching problem ) . so i raised a return request with return request no-[protected] on 13th feb 2019 and delivery came to pick up the product and hold the return and told to get approval for this return . I contacted myntra customer care and raised a complaint but after 2 days they declined my return . so, i raised another return request with return no-[protected] for the same product and this time i sent the images to myntra customer care and again they cancelled my approval . they told we delivered the product after post quality inspection I got damaged product and myntra forced to customer to keep the damage product . they are doing fraud with customer and looted our money . only i want my money back .

I have ordered an us polo shirt from myntra.due to size issue I made an return request but the delivery agent saw that the on the price tag its price is 2799 and in the app it's price is 2699 so he did not picked it up.In myntra return policy its written that the product need to be unused and all tags should intact..in my shirt all tags were intact and shirt was unused! Then why they do not approve my return request? All I need is my money...it's their fault the price tags issues! Not mine! And how can they fraud with price tags!

I have place an order of 1 Nike shoes worth ₹2022 from myntra. and I recived in very bad condition like the box is fully damaged and the shoes have stains on it even the shoes are very heavy in weight and the size is also not right so I returned the product but they are not accepting my request and failed for return they are not even ready replaced the shoes. I only need my money bqck

Hello, I have ordered CROCS Tulum Women Grey Solid One Toe Flats Size: 36.5. on for rs. 3495/-, But the product you have sent is totally different ( White clog). There isn't any other product, which we have liked, So we asked for the refund. The pick up boy had came to pick up. But he told us to get approval for that. So we have tried to contact customer care but that is not happening. I am adding both the images what we have ordered and what we get. Pls. arrange our refund to keep smooth relation between us.

I ordered Allen solly shoes for myself. They were too big for me so i applied for a return the same day with all the tags and bills intact and they rejected my return stating it was used and now they redelivered the product and wont let me return it. I have applied for a return again and they send a text stating my return woll be pickup up today and 1 minute later they send another text stating they rejected my return because the product is used. How can they do this without checking the product? Please help
