Hi,
I had placed an order on 28/12/2018 for 1pair of Blackberry Leather Oxford shoes, having order ID[protected]-7460901. The said order was suppose to deliver on 01/01/2019.
But it got delayed till 03/01/2019. When I had raised a complaint on 03/01/2019 itself, it said that the product has been returned to sender due to non delivery of it.
How was it returned to the seller without customers' consent or without any acknowledgement to him?
If it was returned, then why wasn't the refund initiated on the very same day?
When various complaints were raised on your customer care number why they were not resolved on time? And why the customer informed about it's resolution?
Kindly try to resolve the issue or priority basis, so that the future course of action can be devised.
