Myntra.com — Return on hold

I placed the order on[protected], and the product was delivered on[protected] around 6:00 PM. Then I was not present, when I return around 8.15PM on[protected], I saw the product and found that the Myntra delivered me a defective product like shoe finishing are not well, the wildcraft logo is hazy type, dust and the packing box is like too cheap type. I had doubt with the product, then I placed the return request immediately, by selecting the option that the product is dispute. I never broke the price tag, not even wear the shoe. Next day the delivery boy came to take the product, first of all he behave rudely with my sister and then he marked the product as used . When I talked to him at 10PM on[protected], he told me that in case of dispute marked product he intentionally mark them as used. So that he stays safe and to save his salary he does it intentionally. He said while anybody send us defective issue then he does this kind of thing and harassment starts here. The boy confessed that the price tag was there, shoes were clean. Then what is the meaning of marked it as used? The boy told me does not matter you will get the refund by tomorrow. but 36 hours past no updates from myntra. Just to harass the customer and to save his Rs. 15 and salary(told by him), he did this, now my return request is on hold and I got an email saying the Quality Test Failed. Myntra delivered me defective product and internationally the executive and myntra is doing this while I have return the dispute product delivered by them. Where the condition was same as I received. Now I am facing the harassment. 36 hours past and no update I have received. Just to save their salary their return executive does this kind of things, and myntra find a very nice way to deliver defective products and the customer will be responsible for it. I called myntra many times but nobody gave me any resolution. my money is stuck there and the product was defective, I placed the return request within 2 - 2.30 hours after delivery(around 8.15 PM), next day I went to office at 9AM and after that the boy came and took the product back. Now sir, you tell me is it possible to use that product and with in that time? Please sir do the needful and help me, my money is stuck their, I never used the product and never even break the price tag. This is the new way of myntra to sell product.
