[Resolved] Myntra.com — Return/ Refund | |||||
I ordered a lino perros black coloured bag from myntra on july 10 which was a cash on delivery order from my Email id - [protected]@gmail.com. After i retured it, which was successfully processed from their end on july 16 (Photo attached) they didn't send me any emails regarding my bank details for the refund so on 23 july i myself took this initiative and sent them the details to which they replied that they had already refunded me the amount on my account no. Which i never provided to them. On futher observation i saw that they had put my debit card no.in place of account no. I called them 10 times but they are not responding properly. My question is how will i get the refund when my account no. Is wrong from their end. I provided them the correct details them why have they written my debit card no. As my account no.. Also if the money is not going anywhere then probably it will be reverting back to their account... I call the customer care but they are not responding correctly. My order no. And other details are in the photos attached below. My question is how and where was i wrong, when will i receive the refund!!! Please help me to get my refund back. My order no.
