Myntra.com — returned the purchased item but no refund | |||
I had placed an order on 27th oct for three sarees for which i had to return two of them. I had requested the return of the sarees one from my office address (By mistake) and another one from my home. As it was a weekend and the office was closed and so i wanted my goods to be taken from home address. Firstly the number which is mentioned in the delivery message or any communication message from myntra has a number of their ex-employee. So the order was taken by the delivery boy on 2nd of nov from home. Since i had to return both the sarees and the pick up was for only one. I gave both the sarees to the person stating that i have requested for another one as well and please add this to your taken list and the offices are closed due to weekend carry this as well. I also tried ways to contact myntra by searching the email id to tell them that i will be both the sarees together, also the number which is mentioned as"in case of any concerns contact us on +[protected]" this is worst service ever. There is no one on call, the system generated voice just tell us what have you ordered, what have you returned or cancelled thats it. On monday that i. E 5th nov the delivery guy comes to pick up another sarees wherein i have explained him the whole scenario and asked to please let me know the way to get in touch with myntra support but he just went back saying i'll check and let you know. This is the worst service that i couldn't even contact the person who have taken the sarees as the number in the message is of their ex - employee. Was this information helpful? | |||
