Myntra.com — use customer fund for 10 days

On 22 december i placed order on myntra of around 25000 rs.
They provide few item and one huge order of 16 item was lost by them according to them so they said that we cancel your order dew to some technical reason
When i ask for reason then they said that we lost your order so we are cancel your order
For the order i all ready paid them up in adavance now i also say them if you lost the order then ok i will wait for new order but they just cancel it without my permission so i feel being cheated by myntra
Cause if we see the scenario for me they just use my fund for 10 days in free
While they are able to supply the product as they said that please place the order again before change in price so this is kind of cheating by a big company like myntra on whom customers have lot of trust.
They just cheat the customer in new smart way by this way
