Myntra.com — wrong product delivered and right product not reached yet | |||
I had oredered hrx active wear and received a bag instead of it. I had placed the order on 7th jan., 2018 and on 8th jan, 2018 i receievd an sms for early delivery whereas this product which was delivered early was the wrong product (I. E. The bag). I logged on the app and requested for a return with the comment as wrong product. The next day the delivery guy came to my place but he denied delivery saying that the product i was returning was wrong whereas the wrong product being delivered to me by myntra was the reason i initiated a return. I havent yet received the correct product. I spoke to many customer executives last week who also confirmed that there was some problem at their end and hence the wrong product was delivered to me and the right product would reach me soon. Meanwhile i kept waiting for the right product, the executives kept pushing the deadlines mentioned to me on the mail. The right product hasn't reached yet and myntra seems to not care at all. This is very disappointing customer service and query resolution shown by mytra. Was this information helpful? | |||
