Myntra.com — wrong product received and return request denied. | |||||
My Myntra Order No is[protected]-5040303 which was Placed on Friday, September 2018 and contained multiple items. One of them was a The Chennai Silks Classicate Red Pure Mysore Silk Saree. We received the package on 8th Sep 2018 When we opened the package it was found that the different product was sent Instead of Silk Saree a Cheap Georgette Saree was sent color resembling the same, Immediately I requested for the returns as it was not the same which I ordered, furnishing the same reason. On 9th Sep 2018, pickup agent came and denied to take back the product giving me the same reason which I have already mentioned for return and suggested me to contact the Myntra Customer Care. After contacting Mynta Customer Care they asked me to send the Article ID, Bar-code Number, Details of product received I gave all the info required by them (ref: attached). On 12th Sep 2018, I received mail from Myntra saying as per our validation, we had shipped the product to you post successful quality check with the proper condition. I am sorry to inform you that your request for return/exchange has been declined. Hence, we will be unable to accommodate your request. Then what is the point of giving a promise to a Customer 100% ORIGINAL guarantee for all products at myntra.com – A big concern, which is not done. Return within 30days of placing your order- Not for a Genuine Customers. I want the product to be returned and my money refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
