Myntra.com — wrong product shipped in wrong quantity and not giving pre approval on pickup | |||
I ordered 2 hoodies and 2 jackets worth inr 6796 (Order number:[protected]-6082401). Instead, myntra sent me a box containing 2 items of girl's clothing (1 top 1 dress). From the invoice inside i can see that it was for sneha from bulandshahr but they sent it to hyderabad. I registered my return request but the delivery boy refused to pickup and asked to get a pre approval because items were different even though i my complaint was regarding different items received. Now these people have opened 4 different incidents regarding my 4 items and they are working on 1 incident at a time. But i only have 2 items with me. So for the remaining 2 items when they come for pickup i would not have anything to return and they would not give me refund saying that i did not return the item. Therefore, i have been asking them for last several days to provide pre approval on all 4 incidents at the same time so that i return the 2 wrong items to the pickup guy and get a complete refund. But no one is understanding my problem. Everyday i get a message for 1 pickup and i have to reject that because after 2 pickups i won't have anything to return. Soon they will say you were not returning so return request is cancelled. I will lose my hard earned money for no fault of mine.
