Myntra.com — wrong product sold

First they send me wrong product which was a nike shoe and when i report a return request in my account it still shows your request has been made it has passed 2. Month now i called the customer care they are telling that your refund has been send i checked with my bank but its still not come yet... Please take some action regarding this issue it will be a huge help
