Mypangram — Recharge unsuccessful but money not refund

Did recharge of RS- 698, amount deducted but, recharge not done neither received refund

I tried to recharge for my airtel mobile no [protected] three times .amount only debited from my bank account. I have attached the bank statement for your kind reference .please do the needful

Jio recharge done of 123rs money deducted from SBI account but the prepaid recharge is unsuccessful..

My name Supriya with M.no [protected]. On 16th July 2022 .i have recharged my airtel prepaid no. for Rs. 533 but it didn't reach Airtel or money refunded to my account . my transaction UPI reference no is [protected]. Request you to look into the matter and urgently refund my money
