Myteam11 — blocked my account

Sir, i was using myteam11 from last 3months. Due to some passbook issue i didn't varify my account till last 5days. I got issued new passbook from bank and updated clear pic after my account got verified. I won 2 grand leauge in football matches. So totally 16k amount got accumulated in my account. So after verification of my account i gave withdraw of 4k and 10k. But now they blocked my account without any reason. They are saying they blocked my account for security reason. Please help me on this. Now they cheating me. I lost 16k😞. Please help me in resolve the issue.

I am the user of myteam11. I created an account and used my brother's PAN card and Bank account details. I have added 235 rupees in myteam11 wallet. When I won 268 rupees then I raised a request to withdraw my money on bank account but now they had hold my money and saying that you are playing against the Fair Play.
