N Ravi — non payment to the concern

My daughter studying in sri chaitanya school, white field, bangalore, for ist term tution fees i have paid rs. 35000/= (Rupees thirty five thousands only) through net banking to eazypay with a transaction id: [protected] on 28.03.2019 and got a receipt stating your transaction was successful. The money also deducted from my account. While enquiring the institute they told your money not received.
Kindly do needful to repay my money to my account if the money is not deposited the concern.
